Bob has translated his lengthy and varied experience with CUETS and Bank of America into a successful consulting practice, leveraging broad strengths in human resources, communications, change management and corporate philanthropy to assist leading Saskatchewan companies with significant transformation efforts.
His graduate degree in Human Resource Management, coupled with an undergraduate foundation in Arts, Business and Communications, provides Bob with a solid grounding in best practices theory and application. More importantly, Bob’s exposure to different sectors, companies, organizational challenges and leaders has reinforced his steadfast belief that the real challenge and value lies in determining and applying the best fit of principles and practices to the unique circumstances of any given organization at any given time.
